The Pink Pig!

We were supposed go to the parade that jumps off the Festival of Trees today, but Dad wasn't feeling too well. Teri and I were sort of nervous about taking 4 kids downtown by ourselves, so we decided to go to Lenox Mall and ride the Pink Pig instead. For those that aren't familiar the Pink Pig is a roller coaster (sort of) that they put up in Lenox Mall every Christmas. It has been there every year since 1953, so it is a tradition for many Atlantans. I myself had never ridden it until this year though, so it was a first for all of us. Except Teri, but she didn't ride. She held baby Alyssa and took pictures. We rode around the track a couple times while a loud, piggy voice told a little story. The kids seemed to really enjoy it! I think we will make this a holiday tradition!
