IHOP Breakfast

This morning we met our Atlanta Mommas friends at IHOP again. Again, it was totally wild and crazy. There was noise and pancakes everywhere! The girls pushed the chairs in a row and made a train. Kaitlyn was the conductor!

After breakfast we went over to a nearby park with Jeannette, Cecilia, Tatyiana, and Parker. There aren't too many days that are warm enough to play outside, so the kids had lots of fun playing together!

We tried another awesome recipe last night! Here it is!

Hummus Pizza
Makes 1 pizza

INGREDIENTS:
1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
1 cup hummus spread
1 1/2 cups sliced bell peppers, any color
1 cup sliced red onion
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

DIRECTIONS:Preheat the oven to 475 degrees. Roll out pizza crust and place on a pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread a thin layer of hummus over the crust. Arrange sliced peppers and broccoli over the hummus, and top with shredded cheese. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted in the center. Slice and serve.
